A Richer, More Robust Approach to Coaching Calls

Version 2021.1. introduces new fields in Planner that allow field managers to add customers to coaching calls and connect those calls to customer records.

The fields are included in a new activity type called “Double Visit with Assessment.” It allows coaching managers to select the representative they wish to accompany, along with any of the customers the rep plans to visit that day.

After the coaching call is finished, the manager simply fills out the standard double visit assessment (or coaching evaluation) and the assessment will be added to the customer’s records, along with any attachments uploaded by the manager.
