A richer, more robust approach to coaching calls and accompanied visits

Version 2021.1. introduces new fields in Planner that allow field managers to add customers to coaching calls and connect those calls to customer records.

The new activity type, called “Double Visit with Assessment,” allows coaching managers to select the representative they wish to accompany, along with any of the customers the rep plans to visit that day.

Once the coaching call or accompanied visit is complete, the manager simply fills out your company’s standard coaching call evaluation form, which the system replicates. The assessment will then be added to the customer’s records, along with any attachments uploaded by the manager.
