Version 2025.2 introduces enhancements to our Search, Planner, Projects, and Update Request modules, as well as backend improvements and minor bug fixes.
Search & Planner Improvements
We’ve added a fourth row option in Search Lists and Activity Lists. This shows more details at a glance. Admins can set up this row to display helpful reference information for user. Users will see this extra information without needing to open individual records, making their workflow faster and more efficient.
Projects & Contracts Updates
Enhanced linked eForms now work with both default values AND previous form values to populate individual form fields. The system checks for a previous value first. If none exists, it uses the default value instead. This creates a smoother data entry experience and maintains data consistency across related forms for the same customer.
Update Requests Changes
Company registration numbers can now be required when creating new HCOs or making data change requests for existing institutions. This improves data quality and helps maintain accurate records in your system. Admins can enable this requirement through configuration settings.
Bug Fixes
Fixed date entries in Call Reports on devices with non-English regional settings. Pre-filled dates now load correctly from linked profiles instead of defaulting to current date. This ensures consistent date handling regardless of your device’s language settings.
Fixed expense tracking between modules. Car expenses now properly sync between Expense Diary and Driver’s Log. This ensures all car-related expenses are accurately captured and consistently reflected across both modules.
Backend Changes
Switched from Microsoft’s AppCenter to Google’s Firebase Crashlytics for iOS/iPadOS performance monitoring. This change improves our ability to identify and fix app performance issues, leading to a more stable experience for iOS and iPadOS users.
