Version 2024.6 brings important enhancements to Inception CRM’s Search, Update Request, Contracts, Projects, and Orders modules, along with minor bug fixes, improvements, and optimizations.
Dynamic Last Visit Intervals in Search
The semaphore used to indicate the number of days since the last visit to a customer (“Last Visit Interval”) now supports dynamic behavior based on profiles. Previously, the semaphore worked only with fixed intervals.
Now admins can set custom intervals for selected profiles, with the displayed semaphore colour responding to a customer’s profile value. This supports custom visit frequency ranges based on each customer’s rating or priority and corresponding frequency objective.
Users can select the interval they want to use in the Advanced Search Filter and view the frequency ranges for each.
Assign Profiles in Update Requests
Users can now assign profiles to customers when creating new customer records in Update Requests. Previously, the module only supported fields related to a customer’s core data, such as biographical and workplace data for Persons and location data for Institutions. Now, users can add profile attributes during customer creation, making it easier to segment new customers as soon as they’re created.
Push Notifications in Contracts and Projects
This version introduces push notifications for Contracts and Projects. Admins can now configure which users and roles receive push notifications when contracts or projects are assigned to them or moved to a new status with the workflow.
Compliant Electronic Signatures in Contracts
Users can now capture verified electronic signatures in Contracts via DigiSign. The new DigiSign integration sends digital signatures captured on the iPad to DigiSign for compliant electronic signing, then returns the signed copy to Inception CRM with a complete audit trail.
Search Orders by Order Number
Users can now search for orders by Order Number. Previously users could only search orders by status, distributor, order template, and product. With this release, users can easily find a specific order.
