Users can search specifically for HCPs who have pending announcements, while a new Announcements section on each HCP profile card makes it easy to review relevant information when planning calls, improving HCP engagement.
Additionally, when used for surveys, Announcements now remembers each user’s survey responses. This means that reps can see their last answer and when they submitted it, making it useful for remembering key observations and insights.

Smarter Product Orders
Inception CRM’s Orders introduces a practical upgrade. Administrators can now configure product lists to display the EAN code for each product SKU. The EAN (European Article Number) is the numeric identifier that appears below the barcode on physical drug products.
While users could already search for products by EAN (including by scanning physical barcodes), this update makes the EAN visible in product listings alongside other details like name, price, and SKU. This additional reference point reduces errors and saves time when placing orders.
Faster Updates for Czech Republic Users
Users in the Czech Republic have a powerful new tool in this pharma CRM. When creating new institution customers, you can now look up HCOs by their company registration number (IČO).
The system connects directly to the ARES government registry. It automatically fills in all required fields from the official database. This feature reduces manual data entry and ensures accuracy.
