The 2025.5 release of Inception CRM introduces new features and performance upgrades designed for pharma and life sciences teams. This update enhances the Search, Orders, Cycle Plan, Update Requests, and Media modules, while also delivering bug fixes, usability improvements, and backend optimizations.
Search: Priority Customers Made Visible
Priority HCPs and HCOs now display Target Group badges across the application. Users can instantly see if a healthcare professional or organization is a priority customer, without opening the customer card. This improves call planning and ensures reps focus on the right targets.

Orders: Final Price Entry with Automatic Discount Calculation
The Orders module now allows users to enter the final price directly. Inception CRM automatically calculates the discount percentage based on that price. Because order templates can include maximum discount limits, users can instantly see whether the final price is allowed under company rules. This reduces manual work, speeds up order processing, and ensures compliance with pharma pricing policies.

Cycle Plan: Better HCP Insights
Cycle Plans now include workplace names and specialties for each HCP. Reps can search by institution or specialty to balance their plans more effectively. A new footer also shows the total number of results returned, helping users quickly validate coverage across specialties and geographies.

Update Requests: Flexible HCP Data Management
Admins can now make HCP Position an optional field when adding or editing customer records. This flexibility speeds up data entry and ensures field teams can capture or update HCP information even if a position is unknown.
Media: GPS Logging for Email Compliance
GPS logging can now record the sender’s location when approved emails are sent from Inception CRM. When enabled by admins and allowed by users, Inception CRM stores the GPS location as part of the sent email record. GPS location reports help verify that email activity aligns with company rules on timing and location, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
Backend Optimizations: Faster and More Secure
Inception CRM has been upgraded to .NET 9, Microsoft’s most advanced framework, for improved performance and security. We’ve also upgraded SQLite to the latest version, keeping the platform stable, scalable, and future-ready.
