Sales reps can now share approved media via unique, HCP-specific landing pages. These pages provide on-demand access to shared content without requiring a live interaction.
- Share media using approved email links or by copying a secure view link (email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc).
- Each link is uniquely generated for the rep + HCP combination.
- Any copied link automatically adds the file to the HCP’s shared content list — no extra steps.
- Supports new content types based on the SCORM standard.

HCP landing pages with the same level of analytics as in-person visits
All HCP interactions on landing pages are audited with the same depth as in-person CLM presentations.
Captured data includes:
- File open/close events
- Page/slide changes and viewing order/presentation path
- Time spent per slide and per presentation
- Total viewing duration and repeat views
Technically, these events are received as structured JSON payloads, parsed to extract relevant metrics, and processed through the Inception CRM backend audit APIs — ensuring consistent, compliant reporting across live and remote engagement.
