Inception CRM Version 2022.6 is now available in the App Store.
Inception CRM Version 2022.6 brings a number of key improvements to Inception CRM’s Search, Orders, Team, Media, and Settings modules, in addition to other bug fixes, improvements, and optimizations.
A simpler way to share media with multiple customers
We’ve simplified media sharing to make it even easier for users to share approved media directly from the Search module. Just find and choose customers you want to share content with, click the file you want to share, and confirm before sending it. That’s it!
Confirm recipient details before emailing approved content
To make media sharing more secure, users can now preview recipient email addresses before sending media. If the addresses are correct, simply confirm and the system will take care of the rest. If they’re not, you can update a customer’s email directly on their customer card.
View product orders by brand in order summaries
We get it, product names can be confusing, especially medicinal products. We’ve made it easier to review large orders by giving you the option of viewing products by brand.
New multiline profiles that support the display of longer text values
Version 2022.6 introduces new multiline profiles that let you work with profiles that have longer text values. It’s great for dynamic profiles that grab a variety of data to automatically create customer summaries that give you an at-a-glance overview of each customer’s status.
Copy user profiles between periods and review changes in detail, with statistics, before applying them in Team
A few weeks ago, we introduced a new module, Team, that makes it easier for users to find their colleagues and sales managers to stay on top of their sales teams. As promised, we’re building Team’s features out to be more useful. Version 2022.6 gives managers an easy way to copy user profiles from one period to the next and review changes in detail before submitting them. We’ve also made a number of UI improvements and extended support to new data types.
Settings: a new, more user-friendly layout
We’ve revamped the Settings module to be more user-friendly. Users no longer have to scroll past system information to get to the parts they’re interested in. We’ve moved all that stuff to the bottom. The new layout organizes information more logically, so it’s easier to find what you’re looking for and manage the changes you need without any hassle.
